Zircotec coatings offer a huge range of performance benefits. Zircotec have recently revised there pricing to make there world class coatings even more affordable. We can now offer a collection and redelivery service for your exhaust manifolds and any other parts you would like ceramic coated.
Zircotec's ceramic exhaust coatings originate from motorsport and are now widely used on road and track day cars, delivering:
- More Usable Power: Our coating helps keep heat in the exhaust allowing better gas flow and combustion chamber scavenging; improved turbo charger response and performance; and better control of intake air temperatures (eg. a 30oC drop in intake air temperature can deliver a 6% increase in power).
- Improved Heat Management: To protect engine compartment components, bodywork and vehicle aesthetics from stray heat. Exhaust surface temperatures can reduced by ~33% with greater reductions for components close to the exhaust.
- A range of stylish finishes: We have a vast array of colour options, styles and finishes to chose from, all equally applicable to both new and used parts.
- High levels of durability: Our coatings are in effect “welded” in place, forming a solid “fit-and-forget” ceramic layer over the surface of the exhaust.
- An extremely durable & long lasting finish: A fit and forget coating that can be applied to a wide range of parts including exhaust manifold; exhaust header; down pipes, turbo chargers; catalyst boxes; silencers and other exhaust system parts; finishers; tail-trims; and any other areas including engine parts where heat is a problem.
The system is quite simple:

2. We email you a form to include in the package when it's collected.
3. UPS collects your items and they are delivered directly to Zircotec.
4. They are coated and redelivered to you.
Usual turn around is 15 working days, but we can request "rush" jobs if required.
