Build process is carried out to the following spec:
Block stripped and pre-cleaned
Stress relieved
All threads cleaned and checked
Boring and honing to piston specs
Deck machined to ensure completely flat mating surface
Crank assembly dynamically balanced
All rods balanced end to end
Pistons mass matched
All cylinders and oil & water ways are cleaned up and sharp edges removed
Block washed in machine
Block thoroughly steam cleaned
Block cleaned again with compressed air
Block painted
Rings Gaped using Diamond finish
Block re-checked for cleanliness before moving to the clean room for final blue printing & assembly
Finished short motor sealed heavy duty protective polythene bag

600BHP Spec:

800BHP Spec:
Bridgeway Billet Crank
Oliver I Beam Rods
Wiseco 1400HD Pistons

Please note that prices are based excluding core charge. Customer must supply good donor block or we can supply a good core for £650 + VAT, or we can quote to base on a brand new block.
For 600BHP Spec 2.0 & 2.0LR the price assumes the customer will supply a good donor block & crankshaft
