Ross Sport Spec CNC Ported Ported Heads for Evo 4-8

This design is the same as we have used on our winning Time Attack & Drag cars for many years.

By carefully designed port work the efficiency of the engine can be increased thus is can develop more power at the same boost level.
It is not all about the size of the port, more so the design of the ports and the resulting air speed that dictates the efficiency or VE as it is known in engineering terms.

Our cylinder heads are based on standard cores so are a direct fit to any Evo 4-8 engine with no other modifications.

For Best Results we recommend the used of the standard size valve version on modern turbos up to 61mm Exhaust Wheel / 76mm Compressor Wheel Operating up to 2.2 Bar Boost, for all all turbo applications larger than this or higher boost we have found the +1mm valve version give the best gains

Please note that the prices do not include the base cylinder head. You can either have one from out stock by clicking on either the core charge for a good used head or by selection the new core to have your head built on.
If we have heads ready built, the option will show "In Stock" when you select it.
The second option is to send us your head to base on. Typical turn around time is 2 weeks from recieving your head. Thirdly you can select the core charge and sent us your used unit to have the core charge refunded. The refund will be made once your head has been inspected for condition and pressure tested.
