Radium: Fuel Rail for Toyota 1JZ-GTE VVT-i

FUEL RAIL:

FRONT PORT:

REAR PORT:

CENTER PORT:

Total: £212.58

The extruded rail features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. All 3 ports (2 end ports and 1 center port) are tapped with 3/4"-16 female threads (-8AN ORB). The center port can be used as a feed, return, or auxiliary port for items such as a fuel pulse damper, or a pressure transducer using adapter 14-0119.

The Radium fuel rail kit for the 1JZ-GTE VVT-i reuses the factory mounting spacers and bolts and is compatible with the OEM 1JZ-GTE VVT-i fuel injectors. However any compatible aftermarket injectors can be used. Injector bores are 11mm.

This fuel rail is also compatible with the Radium Direct Mount Regulator.

To reuse the OEM fuel pressure regulator, select the 14-0285 8AN ORB to M12x1.25mm Fitting (shown below).

INCLUDED:

20-0268 Toyota 1JZ-GTE Fuel Rail:

-Stainless Steel Mounting Feet Bolts (x6)

Fuel Pulse Damper(s)

Do I need pulse dampers? The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle.
